Companies across Moldova — in construction, manufacturing, agriculture, and hospitality — were struggling to find enough local staff, while skilled and motivated workers in Bangladesh had few reliable, legal paths to employment abroad. Elidar Global Work was created to close that gap directly, rather than leaving either side to navigate it alone.

We built our process around one idea: recruitment should not stop at the signed contract. From the first request a company sends us, to the day a worker steps off the plane and into their new role, we stay involved — handling the paperwork, the logistics, and the questions that come up along the way.

Today, we work with companies across several industries and with candidates from across Bangladesh, always under Moldovan labour law and with full transparency for both sides.
