Job description

A busy hotel restaurant in Chișinău is looking for cooks with professional kitchen experience to prepare dishes from the à la carte and banquet menus.

Responsibilities

• Cook dishes according to recipes and standards
• Manage your station during service
• Check freshness and stock of ingredients
• Keep the kitchen compliant with hygiene rules

Requirements

• At least 1 year as a cook
• Knowledge of international cuisine
• Able to work under pressure
• Health certificate or willingness to obtain one
